What are The Gifts in Our Experience with Coronavirus?
This week’s episode features, Rob Sullivan.
Here’s his story:
“Rob Sullivan has been a repeat guest on NBC 5 Chicago because he has the ability to transform a 3-minute segment into an inspiring experience for viewers. Any producer looking to motivate, inform, and entertain the audience should have Rob Sullivan as a guest. He’s charismatic, passionate, and he genuinely cares about helping people.”
- Matt Piacente, Executive Producer, NBC 5 Chicago
As an inspirational speaker and trainer, I have given workshops for companies (Merrill Lynch, McDonald's, Motorola, Great Lakes REIT, etc.), schools (Northwestern University, University of Virginia, University of Michigan, DePaul University, Northern Arizona University, etc.), trade associations, and other groups in the U.S. and abroad.
Professional speaking and training. Topics include listening, sales, charisma/energy, storytelling (related to sales and business development), coaching, and presentation skills. The listening workshop is the newest addition and one that can easily be customized for any industry.
In addition to the training, which I love, I spend a lot of time doing ride-along coaching with salespeople and sales managers. With managers, I provide feedback based on meeting and team coaching observation.
Operating Behind A Mask
This week’s episode features, Michael Brody Waite.
Here’s his story:
As an addict, I spent every waking hour doing whatever it took to stay high, including stealing from my friends and family. Anything that didn’t lead to a buzz was a buzzkill.
Anything that didn’t feed my addiction was the enemy. I had to figure out how to turn every interaction and opportunity into a chance to get what I wanted.
Along the way, I had to lie every minute of every day to the people around me about what I was doing and who I’d become.
—and I lied a lot. I lied about having a problem. I lied about stealing from my friends. I lied about having my drug use under control. I lied about my grades, my work, my relationships, and anything else that could have given me away.
All my energy was focused on trying to look put together on the outside while I knew I was falling apart inside. I was doing the opposite of being true to myself.
I was wearing a mask…

This week’s episode features, Christopher R. Delaney, High Performance Intentional Leadership Coach, Founder, Intentional Connector.
“I help clients create relationships full of passion, businesses full of purpose, and a powerful presence.”
Chris knows what it takes to relentlessly pursue purpose in the wake of life changing events. At the age of 21, Chris lost his mom, his only parent, to a 20+ year battle with Stage IV breast cancer in 2007. As a result, he spent most of his 20s focusing on strategies to combat PTSD and failing his way forward.
By 30, Chris had led teams of up to 250+ in the corporate world for Fortune 500s and was an award winning leader, but found no heart in the pursuit. Chris started from absolute zero in 2016 after a divorce and became a six figure insurance producer and built a sales organization that spanned across the US within 2 years. He’s spoken across the US on turning tragedy into triumph, has produced 100s of hours of live content on mindset and high performance behaviors, and now focuses on 1:1 work with men of vision and impact looking to combine material success with inner peace and passion.

Spiritual Healing
This week's episode features, Isabel Hundt.
Here's her story:
That “fairy tale” continued as followed:
As a young girl, I remember telling my parents that sometimes I’d feel as if I can leave my body and experience the world from a bird’s eye perspective. Sometimes I’d feel crazy for feeling other people’s pain and sometimes I had visions that not many took seriously – maybe not even myself. I experienced the world and everything in it in incredible colors.
This is the emotional world of a child that is highly intuitive and over time forgets that any of those gifts ever existed, as it happens with so many of us. We lose the ability to tune in with ourselves on a deep level to experience guidance and direction to living a purposeful and fulfilling life and therefore our calling.
My name is Isabel Hundt and today, I am known as the “The Leader’s Heart Decoder” and Founder of the #ISeeUMovement which is focused on shattering cultural barriers and engaging in cultural transformation globally through emotional awareness. I am a successful Inspirational speaker, sociologist, a certified Transformation Coach who works with Highly Sensitive Visionaries and World Changers aka Empath-Warriors™, published Author of my book The Power of Faith-Driven Success – A Journey toward Living Your Dream by 30 (www.faithdrivensuccess.com), 2x Amazon Best Selling Co-Author and Emotions Clearing Practitioner.
Throughout my journey of re-discovering who I truly am and what God has called me to bring to this world, I learned what it means:
to live by faith and operate from a place of trust and surrendering
to step into my own inner power and to live fully
to use my gifts to serve others yet have a strong and firm relationship within myself and therefore with the Divine who guides and leads me
to BE me no matter my circumstances
to embrace life
to work through depressive phases (emotional overstimulation) successfully
to be and live life as an Empath-Warrior™ and World Visionary
to access my intuition and yet protect me from over-stimulation and toxins that are being thrown at me from a broken world
to live a purpose-driven instead of a profit- and attention-driven life
to accept and use my empathic gift confidently
to be persistent and succeed
